The Craft of Veneering

Veneering is the defining skill that separates a cabinet maker from a joiner.  It is the process of overlaying cabinetry and furniture with a thin sheet of material (wood veneer, precious metal or mother of pearl etc) to make its appearance more desirable.

Woodscope will undertake commissions in all types of wood and specialist veneers.  We will include our design skills as part of the service.  We can interpret a rough sketch or magazine cutting, to create full working drawings before manufacturing.

-To meet personally with the client to discuss their requirements

-Offer a guideline price

-Site Survey and hand drawn sketches/2d AutoCAD drawings

-Accurate price after designs are agreed with the client
